Hubby J is a tech freak, and I say that lovingly;) He has been talking forever about Moller's "vertical take-off and landing aircraft", named the "Volantor", a.k.a., a flying car. I've checked out the website, and the technology does definitely seem to be there, and one can obtain a pilot's license in a relatively short period. Although, I believe a huge portion of our population will decline to own, ride in, or even approve of them, due to the outrageousness of the concept. If it does happen in my lifetime I'll at least ride in one; just call me Mrs. Jetson.
